“What an amazing experience. If you are questioning whether or not to work with a sleep consultant, stop questioning and call Amy.

She has taken all of the stress out of sleep training our 11 month old. I wouldn’t consider sleep training without her help.

The change in temperament in Harry and our overall household has been amazing. I can’t thank her enough. None of the program was upsetting to myself or Harry, it was a supportive gentle approach that has given us a beautiful bed time routine that we will continue for a long time to come.
