EAP

EAP Partnerships. Helping Employees Thrive Through Better Sleep.

Sleep is one of the most powerful yet often overlooked drivers of health, wellbeing, performance, and productivity. When employees sleep well, they are more focused, resilient, engaged, and better equipped to manage the demands of both work and family life.

At AH Sleep Specialists, we partner with businesses and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to provide practical, evidence-based sleep support that helps employees achieve consistent, quality sleep and improve their overall wellbeing.

Our programs are designed to complement existing wellbeing initiatives by addressing one of the most fundamental pillars of health: sleep.

Why Sleep Matters

Poor sleep can impact every area of an employee’s life, including:

  • Concentration and decision-making
  • Productivity and performance
  • Stress management and emotional wellbeing
  • Workplace safety
  • Absenteeism and presenteeism
  • Physical health and immune function

For working parents, sleep challenges can be even more significant. Newborn sleep deprivation, unsettled children, and ongoing family sleep issues can affect not only home life but also workplace performance and overall wellbeing.

By providing access to professional sleep support, organisations can help employees feel healthier, more energised, and better equipped to succeed both professionally and personally.

Adult Sleep Education & Workshops

Available virtually or in-house, our engaging sleep education sessions provide employees with practical strategies to improve sleep quality and create sustainable sleep habits.

Programs can be delivered as standalone workshops or as part of a Lunch & Learn series and can be tailored to suit specific audiences, including:

  • Teams – Why Good Sleep is Your Best Asset
  • Managers – Unlocking Peak Performance Through Sleep
  • Workplace Wellbeing Programs
  • Leadership Development Initiatives

Individual Sleep Support

Employees can access personalised 1:1 virtual consultations to address specific sleep concerns and receive tailored guidance from our experienced sleep specialists.

This confidential support helps individuals implement practical strategies that improve sleep quality and overall wellbeing.

Newborn Baby Support

The first weeks and months following the arrival of a baby can be one of the most challenging periods for sleep.

Our newborn support services provide gentle guidance and education to help families establish healthy sleep foundations from the beginning, reducing the risk of prolonged sleep deprivation and supporting a smoother transition into parenthood.

Paediatric Sleep Solutions

Designed for working parents with children from newborn through to five years of age, our paediatric sleep services provide practical, compassionate support for common sleep challenges.

Available as group information sessions, Q&A workshops, or personalised consultations, these programs help families develop healthy sleep habits and create positive sleep outcomes for both children and parents.

Support for families with older children is also available on request.
