17 months old and thriving…. “When I tell you I had little to no faith that this would work, I mean I had ZERO faith…”

If I could get to a space where I could put Monty down at 7pm and leave him to have a couple hours of sleep without waking after exactly 45 minutes like he had every night for his whole life, I would have been happy.

I trusted the Amy and her process and did exactly what I was told. Despite everything in me wanting to take the easy route and just continue co sleeping and breastfeeding all night for the rest of our lives.

Monty slept through the night ON THE FIRST NIGHT. He had NEVER slept through the night in his entire 16 months. And he has continued to sleep through the night ever since starting with Amy.

In the beginning it felt like the night before Christmas and my birthday rolled into my daily life! I was and am a free woman!

Not only have I been a new, free woman, but Monty has been an entirely new baby! He’s now happy and rarely grumpy! I truly never thought I would be doing the right thing by him! Me yes, but I thought he would be sad and miss me. Nope. He has thrived so much more with uninterrupted sleep.
