You will receive a questionnaire to fill in prior to your call to ensure we jump straight into discussing the solutions to your current struggles.

After your call, you will receive an email recapping the solutions and recommendations we discussed. Helping you get started on the road to great sleep ASAP!

Who is this call for?

• Parents of babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers, and school aged children
• Parents with children who are not sleeping well
• Families that don’t need a full package, however, could do with personalised solutions to help solve current sleep issues.

• Sleep evaluation via questionnaire
• 30 minute phone call jammed packed with personalised sleep solutions
• Email capturing our discussion and recommendations.

Please note: Your call involves a sleep specialist providing as much advice as possible within a 30 minute window. Depending on complexities, there may be a need for further support (1:1 package). Each call is individualised i.e. for one person – adult or child (with the exception of twins or other multiples).
