Meet Jack

Meet Jack. On the 29th June 2018, we welcomed little Jack into the world. Thank you to SJOG Geelong for helping me deliver our 3rd little boy safely. As I live the life of having a newborn and beyond, I thought, as a Sleep Consultant, I would therefore, share with you the trials and tribulations

Cluster what now??

One of the joyous events of having a newborn is the lovely activity we call, Cluster Feeding. My first son, Joel, never actually did this. He was very small and I needed to wake him for feeds. So when my second son came along and it came to Night 2, and he spent the entire

Last but not Least

Self soothing is a skill that most babies already have, it just gets lost along the way or becomes harder for them to master. I have found that I have had to use the dummy a lot more than I intended too with Jack. During the night particularly. He has been waking my other boys
