Our Dream Big Package is designed for older children, approximately 7 to 12 years of age.

- A comprehensive sleep evaluation for your child
- A personalised, step-by-step Sleep Plan tailored to your family, including detailed supporting resources.
- Pre-consult resources to help you prepare for the program
- A consultation where we’ll review your child’s sleep plan in-depth, covering topics such as their sleep environment, bedtime routines, settling techniques, and strategies to address any specific sleep issues like night wakings or anxiety around bedtime
- A 21-day online sleep log (in real-time) with daily reviews and feedback. Sleep support is fully customised for your child’s needs.
- Four support phone calls over the three-week period.
- Three weeks of email support for additional guidance and troubleshooting.
The ideal time to start the program (Night 1) is when the following 2-3 weeks are able to be dedicated to your child’s sleep – so no holidays booked and you are able to be at home for each bedtime.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE TO READ: At this age, resolving sleep challenges takes time, patience, and a consistent approach. Success will depend on following the personalised sleep support provided by your consultant, and maintaining open communication throughout the 21-day program.
